WELL-BEING
Our French house, Occidente, specialized in high lingerie and loungewear, has been committed to an eco-responsible and sustainable development approach since its creation in 2008. We are inspired by art, the organic architecture that surrounds us on the Côte d' Azur in the South of France for the resolutely modern woman, inspired by Western women.
ECORESPONSIBILITY
At Occidente, we act in the world around us with commitment and we believe it is our duty to be sustainable and responsible in what we do. Therefore, we mainly use the rarest and purest textiles low ecological impact . Find our actions in more detail in our manifesto.
FRENCH MADE
At West, we promote local manufacturing with a workshop in Peymeinade on the Côte d'Azur (a charming village between Grasse and Cannes) where we draw inspiration, we design and develop prototypes, small series as well as quality control and another space in Marseille where the large series. We benefit from the qualification of Master Craftsman in Lingerie Corsetry.
A COMMITTED FOUNDER
Jina Luciani was born in Beirut, Lebanon, she grew up on the Côte d'Azur in the South of France. From FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in New York and ESMOD Paris where she will specialize in Lingerie, she then gained international experience in Paris, NY. She has been committed for more than 10 years to sustainable textiles, fashion at a human pace and the transmission of these values.
